At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges—however, we will always aim to make it right for our customers!
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily return or replace the items for you! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (kindly include your order ID and any photos/videos of the item) so that we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible!
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please email us and a member of our team will reach out within 48 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that Minimale Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please feel free to contact us (we will provide you with confirmation of the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information) so that you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
