How long will it take to process my order?

Processing time is the time it takes for an order to be prepared and handed over to a shipping carrier service. Shipping time is the time it takes for that carrier to deliver the order to the customer.

Flagship Products have a processing time of 1-2 business days.

Processing times for other products will vary according to supplier capabilities:

    • Butter Me Up Organics: Processing = 3-5 business days; Shipping = 4-7 business days
    • Candles + Teas: Processing = 2-3 business days; Shipping = 4-7 business days
    • Elements of Aura: Processing = 7-10 business days; Shipping = 4-7 business days
    • Nomad Wax Co: Processing = 5-7 business days; Shipping = 1-3 business days
    • Ryan Porter: Processing = 3-5 business days; Shipping = 1-3 business days
    • TLC Candle Co: Processing = 2-3 business days; Shipping = 1-3 business days

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Partial shipments are necessary when:

  • Shipping items from multiple warehouses for faster delivery
  • An item in the order is on backorder
  • An item at a certain warehouse is delayed in delivery

For a single order, merchants may need to ship inventory from multiple warehouses/suppliers based on availability and proximity to the customer. Rather than waiting to receive each item individually at one warehouse before sending the entire order to the customer, merchants can send separate packages from various locations so that they arrive at your doorstep sooner!

Additionally, partial shipments help create a better customer experience if an item is on backorder or one of the warehouses/suppliers experiences unforeseen delivery delays. Rather than having one item hold up the entire order, customers can receive most of their order on time, instead of none of it :)
